For the love of humanity

In my quest for ethical gemstones, I’ve only encountered two of these remarkable stones. A dusty pink tourmaline, with a scattering flecks of black and grey tourmaline. While it may seem understated, this gem is both rare and captivatingly magikal.

Traditionally, pink tourmaline is known as a powerful gemstone that fosters a deep connection to our hearts, nurturing love and compassion in our lives while promoting emotional healing. I once read that it can awaken us from "the dream of illusion." I can’t speak to that definitively, but when I kept this stone by my bedside for a few nights (as I often do when making a piece) I experienced the most intense dreams, almost impossible to navigate or lucidly control. It truly is an intriguing stone.

Pink tourmaline embodies a spirit of humanitarianism, exuding empathy and a sense of harmony, all anchored in unconditional love and friendship. Yet, alongside this gentle energy, the black and grey tourmaline subtly weaves its presence, reminiscent of the penumbra of a shadow.

Black tourmaline's a firm S&S favourite - However small it act as a powerful cleanser; it grounds, empowers, and protects. It has the remarkable ability to cut through spiraling thoughts, allowing you to listen to and trust your instincts. Moreover, it serves as an effective barrier against energy vampires and unsettling energies, bish bash bosh.
